These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the SD Auto Mobile Car Services website at sdcarservices.co.uk and the mobile car repair and servicing services we provide. Please read them carefully before using our services.
By making a booking or submitting an enquiry, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

2 Acceptance of Terms
By accessing our website or engaging our services — whether via our website, phone, WhatsApp, or email — you confirm that:
- You are at least 18 years of age
- You have the legal authority to enter into this agreement
- You are the registered keeper of the vehicle, or have the authorisation of the registered keeper to arrange repairs
- All information you provide is accurate and complete
3 Our Services
SD Auto Mobile Car Services provides mobile vehicle repair and servicing, including but not limited to:
- Comprehensive car inspections
- Battery testing and replacement
- Spark plug and ignition coil replacement
- Full engine servicing (oil and filter changes, diagnostics)
- Brake pad and disc replacement
- Warning light diagnostics and reset
- MOT pick-up and delivery
All services are carried out at the customer's chosen location. We reserve the right to refuse a booking or decline to carry out work if, in our professional opinion, conditions at the location are unsafe or unsuitable (e.g. lack of flat surface, inadequate lighting, obstruction).
4 Booking & Appointments
Bookings can be made via our website quote form, by telephone, or via WhatsApp. A booking is confirmed only once we have acknowledged it in writing (email or message).
- We will make every effort to attend at the agreed date and time
- In exceptional circumstances (e.g. emergencies, severe weather), we may need to reschedule — we will notify you as early as possible
- You must ensure our technician has safe, legal, and adequate access to the vehicle at the agreed time and location
- If our technician arrives and cannot access the vehicle or the location is unsuitable, a call-out fee may be charged
5 Pricing & Quotes
All prices and quotes are provided in British Pounds (GBP) and are inclusive of VAT where applicable.
- Quotes provided via our website or by phone are estimates based on the information supplied and are subject to inspection of the vehicle
- A formal quote will be provided prior to commencing any work
- We will not carry out any work beyond the agreed scope without your explicit approval
- If additional work is required once we have begun, we will contact you with a revised quote before proceeding
- Quotes are valid for 14 days from the date of issue
6 Payment
Payment is due upon completion of the service unless otherwise agreed in writing in advance.
- We accept payment by bank transfer, card, or cash
- For parts ordered specifically for your vehicle, a deposit may be required before the work commences
- In the event of non-payment, we reserve the right to pursue recovery of outstanding amounts, including any reasonable costs incurred in doing so
7 Cancellation & Rescheduling
- Customer cancellations: You may cancel or reschedule a booking at no charge if you give at least 24 hours' notice prior to the appointment
- Late cancellations: Cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice may incur a cancellation fee of up to £30 to cover travel and preparation costs
- No-shows: If our technician attends but is unable to carry out the work due to circumstances within your control, a call-out fee will apply
- Parts ordered: If specialist parts have been ordered specifically for your job and you cancel, you may be liable for the cost of those parts
8 Warranty & Guarantee
We stand behind our work. All labour and parts supplied by us are covered by the following warranty:
- Labour: 3-month guarantee on all workmanship from the date of service
- Parts: Manufacturer's warranty applies to all parts supplied; typically 12 months
- Warranty is void if the vehicle is subsequently worked on by another party in relation to the same repair
- Warranty does not cover damage caused by accident, misuse, neglect, or modifications not authorised by us
If you experience any issue with work we have carried out, please contact us within the warranty period and we will inspect the vehicle at no charge and rectify any fault that is attributable to our workmanship or parts.
9 Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law:
- Our total liability for any claim arising from our services shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the specific service in question
- We are not liable for any indirect, consequential, or incidental losses including loss of earnings, loss of use of the vehicle, or loss of business
- We are not responsible for pre-existing faults or damage to the vehicle that we did not cause
- Nothing in these Terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation
We recommend that you ensure your vehicle is insured and that our attending technician is covered under your policy for the purposes of carrying out repairs on your premises.
10 Customer Obligations
You agree to:
- Provide accurate and complete information about the vehicle and the issue when booking
- Ensure the vehicle is accessible and that the location is safe and suitable for our technician to work
- Not misrepresent the condition of the vehicle or withhold information relevant to the repair
- Treat our staff with respect — we reserve the right to withdraw our services if a customer behaves in an abusive or threatening manner
- Ensure you have the authority to authorise the repair on the vehicle in question
11 Intellectual Property
All content on this website — including text, images, logos, graphics, and design — is the property of SD Auto Mobile Car Services and is protected by applicable copyright and intellectual property laws.
You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or republish any content from this website without our prior written consent.
12 Complaints
We take all complaints seriously and aim to resolve issues quickly and fairly. If you are unhappy with our service:

- Please provide your name, booking details, and a clear description of your complaint
- We will acknowledge your complaint within 2 business days and aim to resolve it within 14 days
- If we are unable to resolve your complaint to your satisfaction, you may refer the matter to an appropriate alternative dispute resolution (ADR) scheme or seek independent legal advice
13 Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising from or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
Your statutory rights as a consumer under UK law are not affected by these Terms.
14 Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on this page with an updated "Last updated" date. Your continued use of our services after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
